DYEING WITH NATURAL MATERIALS - Courses & workshops

Jane Meredith
England

Jane run courses most weekends in the summer and early autumn months.

Different plants are ready at different times. All of the three days can be done by anyone, whether you are a beginner or you are someone who wants to extend your knowledge of textiles.

Jane loves colour and plants, and over the years she has learnt much about dye plants. She grows many of them in her garden, and what she can't grow can usually be gathered in the wild.

On a course you will learn to pick the right plants, learn to dye yarn, learn to spin or you can join the other courses on weaving and feltmaking.
